I scored a "gold" which, in general, means I'm goal-oriented and "purposeful and procedural" in my approach to communication. Golds have communication styles that are very direct and task-oriented. Although I stiffen at "personality tests" and disagree with several of the generalizations made about golds, there are several interesting points that ring true. I do love to make lists, and I tend to lead in groups in order to most efficiently lead team members to our common goal. I also prefer to be forewarned with the information coming (expectations). If it's bad news, I like to know up front.
